One major problem with our governing system today is that it is masquerading as a De Jure government, pretending to work for the people. In reality, the federal, provincial and municipal governments are corporations whose main goals concern profit. They are De Facto governments operating in commerce, in Water Jurisdiction (Maritime Law). If one is in the ‘wrong’ jurisdiction, it is like playing chess while being told to play checkers. The game is rigged. They convince us we are free... but are we?
Corporations are privately owned. They cannot govern and cannot make laws. Think about it. What corporations believe is that they can force everyone to give them a portion of their earnings from their pay cheques every month? If the Royal Bank tried that, we would certainly be telling them where to go and just how to get there. Why is it then that corporate governments are successful at getting us to comply with what they tell us to do? Most of us are unaware that we unknowingly consent to their demands and in so doing inadvertently and voluntarily cooperate with them. They use acts, codes, and statutes to fear monger and control us.

How are we consenting? You may have thought that your Birth Certificate is just a fancy little piece of identification. In reality, it is a Trust printed on Bond Paper used to both securitize and enslave us. This is a fact. Meet your Strawman – the invention of your legal fiction.

Since we cannot operate in two different jurisdictions simultaneously, the first step is to get everyone out of the Water and onto the Land. We must remove our consent to being the birth certificate/dead entity and declare ourselves living by correcting our status/standing.
